Quarantine Clean-Up

there is a whole list of things that can be audited and cleaned up.


-checking for dupe org records, adding Aliases to org records, fixing the records that start with The to have the \\ so they search and alpha properly

-hard linking the org records as employers to individual records

-and reviewing individual records and if there is more than one individual that works at the same employer and that business/org does not have a constituent record make make and hardline everyone.

-making sure all matching gifts are soft credited to the individuals

-addressee/salutations, clean up the drop down and then clean up the records so that there are as few "editable" as possible

-couples with different last names - whether in a single record or separate records - and the spouse last name to alias as an extra search option. helps a lot

-add a Household Addressee to the HoH of a family that all live at the same address and a solicit code of duplicate household so that on bulk mail like newsletters or magazines, you can opt to send only one to the same address (saves trees, saves $$ and doesn't annoy your population, especially helpful in educational orgs)
