BBNC/Website Going Down Often

How often do you experience BBNC and your webpages going completely down? We are new to BBNC (launched in late January); however, our site has gone completely down three times now. Twice for at least 5 hours. We are very worried about the reliability of the site with our reunion weekend registrations going on right now. I have worked in BBNC in the past for other organizations and this never seemed to be an issue. Is this something happening to others and how often? Thank you!

    I would say this was not normal in the past, but recently we have been dealing with site issues as well.  Today has been the longest as our site has been down all of today. It is def. very concerning.
