Unsubscribe, Click-Through and Open Rates

Hello.  Would greatly appreciate learning about how you BBNC email users are gathering and reporting on email analytics.  If you are, how are you able to determine which email a recipient opted out of or unsubscribed from?  If you are, how are you determining demographic info about who is opening your email messages and in reverse, who is not opening your email messages?  Our Foundation/Alumni Association is very dependent on email but we are challenged by determining if these efforts are successful or which efforts are more successful than others.  From the Net Community tab in RE, we can see who clicked a link on a certain message but not which link.  In BBNC, we can see who clicked the email preferences link but that doesn't always directly tie to an actual action to unsubscribe or opt out.  I am hoping there is a smarter person than I out here who can offer guidance and advice!  Thank you!

I hope you are doing well!

Were you able to find that information you were looking for? I am also researching that information.

This NetCommunity report should help with data for multiple emails to help compare if you want to share:

  • Thank you Miranda.  I am familiar with the report described in the Knowledgebase article you shared and we do use this report.  I was hoping someone would respond with other ideas if out there, so to answer Melanie, no, I haven't really found what I was hoping to .  Do either of you import users from RE into BBNC by chance? I have had someone ask me whether we do, and we do not. Thanks!
