Reporting on Constituent Records

Options
Does anyone know how to create a report on all Constituent Records for all the TeamRaiser events?  We are trying to get one report with names and addresses for anyone who has participated in our events or has donated to our events.  We are looking to create one file to be used for a mass mailing.

    Have you looked into Tasks?


    You can create a new task and choose: TeamRaiser Participants


    Then there are a bunch of options to help you get the constituents you want.


    Once you run it, it will create a group, so name the Task something you would like to use for e-mail.

    particpants, but also donors or anyone else that we may have a
    constituent record for.  Will this allow me to do that?

  • The you might have to add a query to this.


    You could get all the TR registrations this way and the use a query to get all the donors and other constituents.


    That query could include the group created by the task.


    Then you would have all of them. That should work.
  • Related to this, does anyone know of a way to pull a "total amount raised" from multiple Teamraisers? We had folks last year who participated in 2-3 Teamraiser events. We'd like to be able to send an email thanking them for the total amount they raised in 2020. I can pull a list of participants who participated in one or more of the three events and raised more than $1 using Tasks, but is there then a way to include a "total amount raised" from multiple events in an email? I can't find a field that seems to be able to do this...
