Facebook Fundraiser Reports

Hello All,

Is there a way to run a report to see how many Facebook Fundraisers are active through the current TR event? And if so, will it give information like total raised through each specific one and how many donations were made?

Hi Marc -

You'll be able to see some statistics in the Performance By Event and Performance By Event for Event Manager reports. Here's some information about selecting the Facebook columns options so you can see those statistics. Thanks Colleen,

I have used that in the past, but I was curious if there was a way to track the number of FB fundraisers that were created by participants, like you can the number of participants.

Not sure if there is way to do that. Facebook reporting is not very helpful on their end.

Hi Mark!

You can find participant level information in Report Writer. Utilizing the Registrations or Cross Event Registration report, you can select the Facebook Fundraiser ID column. In the results, participants who have linked to a Facebook Fundraiser will have a value in that column. What's more, you can also add that value to the end of this URL to visit their Facebook Fundraiser directly: facebook.com/donate/Facebook_Fundraiser_ID.

You are able to see all donations via the Facebook/TeamRaiser integration through transaction reporting using the source code FacebookFundraiser.
