Unable to print envelopes all of a sudden

I print envelopes from the Mail Module, using Batch.#

I finished printing letters and now went into envelopes and my batch comes up for preview and I go to print and the envelopes come out blank!

Can't figure this out?

Has anyone encountered this problem?

    Hi Maura Coppola‍, Yes I have encountered similar problems with printing since we moved to hosted. 


    Are you still experiencing the problem? Without knowing more it is hard to answer. I have tried many different settings on the printer properties and then document what actually works. Eventually, I found the right setting.  This sounds like a great time to start a support chat :)
