Export Query Results / Send To Email Button

Sonya MacDonald‍ I was never integrated with Outlook so this functionality never worked for me. Do you have Outlook on the new computer?


Here is what I found in the kb.


How I send query results is to export the query to Excel and send it as an attachment.


Places I would turn next: Your IT department. If no IT department, maybe share some screenshots. I'm not sure support would help as this doesn't actually sound like an RE issue but that might be worth a try if the first two options aren't good enough and you really want this to work again.

Thank you for your reply!  It's strange as all other users have this function enabled, but for me, the Send to Mail option is not available and wondered if it was due to the newer windows version.  

Sadly, I've had no results with our IT nor BB support.  There is a work around but it's a pain - was hoping it was something I could enable myself.
