Video in Thank You Email

Hi all,


I know you cannot currently embed a video in OLX email marketing, though you can work around this by inserting a picture (acting as a thumbnail of sorts) which links out to a video.


Is this possible to do in the Thank You email for gifts donated through our online forms? We have a custom Thank You that goes out already, but the department wanted to test the effectiveness of including a video.


Any thoughts or workarounds?

    Hi Bobby Steurer‍ - It gets even more restrictive with the auto e-confirmation, as images cannot be used (in my experience).  We get around this putting a link to the video in the PS or in the body of the email.  If you haven't already, check out to the OLX Idea Bank and vote for ideas inclusive of this topic.
