Training on Online Express - Recurring Payments

I setup Online Express to collect donations for our annual campaign.


I got the one-time gift feature to work well - but when I did a test of the recurring transaction - it didn't hit my credit card statement (set to happen November 15). 


I reached out to support via chat and the rep I talked to kept saying I needed training on Online Express which I've already had watched the on-demand class and a few youtube videos but none of it covered the steps or explained how to process recurring payments.


Can someone please send me a resource?
