Dropdowns in OE interface not working...

Hi!


The Online Express dropdowns for the state, country, billing dates, and credit card billing dates are available, but when you select one, it's invisible. Looks like the page is not working and doesn't look super trustworthy...


Thoughts? Solutions?

    Hey Nathan Patterson‍. If you haven't already, I'd reach out directly to our Support team. You'll get more immediate response and for something as important as your one of your web forms, they'll be able to help pinpoint what's going on quickly. This is just speculation but my guess is that your website's style rules in your site CSS may be causing the OLX form fields to render that way. The default OLX form styles have borders around each of the fields and there is default color contract between text and the input fields themselves. Any look/feel other than that default behavior is generally being imposed by the style rules on the website where you embed the forms.
