Hi, I'm brand new with etapestry.  If the 2nd account doesn't come up when you search for possible duplicates, how do you go about merging accounts?  Thanks for any help!

    When you think there is a duplicate and the find duplicates on the account settongs page doesn't come up with anything (which often it doesn't) I select merge account and search

    to find the merge function?  Can you screenshot where it is
    located?

    It can be found on the Account Settings tab, along the left side.  You will click on 'Merge Role' and then search for the second account.  Then you'll have the option of choosing which accounts merges into the other.
