Emails not being received by donors

I have had many complaints from donors that their receipts aren't being received to their emails. Not sure if it's because our email is being rejected as spam or it isn't being sent properly through Blackbaud. There should be an easier option to re send the acknowledgement through Blackbaud but there isn't and I can even find the template for the email.


Any help would be much appreciated!

  • Go to Email>Acknowledgments> click on the action (chart) of the email > click on the messages tab

    Will show you all of the sent emails and if they were received or bounced etc.

    Look for the yellow warning icons for ones that were not received.  Double-check email and fix in database.

    Click the forward arrow icon next to the yellow warning icon to resend the email
