in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®: General Discussion
We are very new to Blackbaud Merchant Services.  Is there a way select users can receive immediate notification a charge, entered in RE NXT, went through?  I need to be able to alert our finance person.  I'd prefer to be able to send immediate notification instead of having to remember to do a daily report.

    Jan Brand‍, if you are using the EFT functionality of RE, then you should immediately get either an authorization code or a rejection code.  I have never done a charge through the BBMS portal, but I would think there'd be something there that let you know too.
