How do donors update their bio information?

I may pull my hair out soon. This seems like such an easy question, but KB and support have turned up nothing.

When we signed onto LO, it was with the promise that donors could go online and update their address, add birthdate, etc. But where do they get to this information? I'm assuming it's a link or some kind we can send out as needed. The only thing I've been able to find (and the only thing support can provide) is a link to update recurring gift information, but that's specific to each donation form. Which is not what I"m looking for.

They can do this in the service center in the profile section.

secureX.convio.net/<your site name>/site/ConsProfileUser

where S is your number

<your site name> is your site's short name

You can get both of these values from your donation form url.

Then login with a LO constituent. You should see the Personal Profile page.

If you are using the WYSIWYG editor, you can add a link to the constituent profile page by going to Browse Links > User Registration > Update Profile.

So I have that link (below), but now my confusion - if I send that link directly to someone (not in an LO email), there's not "log-in" option on the page, just a 'create a new account" option. Am I missing something?

Sorry, should have told you to use User Login instead:
