Quick question: are opt-out emails included in our our annual email counts? For example, let's say our annual plan allows for 1 million emails to be sent; we have 100,000 emails in our subscribe list, but 10,000 have opted out. So each time we send an email to all subscribers, do all 100,000 emails (including the 10,000 opt outs) count toward our 1 million limit, or are only teh 90,000 included?

    Hi Andrea. Emails you send to supporters prior to them opting out are counted against your annual email send limit. But once they've opted out, we suppress outbound emails to those recipients so from that point forward, those recipients won't impact your annual sent email count. Basically all emails that we attempt to deliver on your behalf that don't bounce back as undeliverable count towards this limit. Hopefully that helps.
