Does anyone know if there's a way to create a Raiser's Edge query from an Luminate group of email recipients (created from an email delivery report)? I'd like to add an appeal to the RE records of those who received the email. If I use my original RE queries, I'll capture 1,600 people who actually didn't receive the email because they were filtered out for various reasons.

    Hi Ann,


    You can export the Delivery Recipient Report and import it into RE as an action.


    Then you can query on that action type in RE.


    We used to do this before we went to Omatic.

    Hi Robert,


    Now we can sync this automatically in a profile. So there is no manual exporting/importing, its just done with the Omatic Connector. We have been pleasantly surprised with how good it has been with getting data from LO to RE. We sync all kinds of data/groups/etc between RE and LO now.
