in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®: General Discussion
Hi there! 

I'm currently trying to streamline our import processes within Raiser's Edge. I have experience with Import-o-matic, but the org currently doesn't have a subscription for the software. I am searching for a similar software and looking for recommendations. Primarily will need to import batches from Luminate Online, OneCause/BidPal and other online platforms... 


What software do you use, and how large are your import files? Do you run into duplicate constituents?

Any suggestions will be appreciated!

    Amanda - if you are not hosted you could look into Importacular from Zeidman


    Unfortunately if you are hosted it is not an option  :(

    Thank you, Joanne!  I'll do a deeper drive into Importacular. I will say, I did a trial run with some sample data before with Importacular, and wasn't too fond of it, but it might be worth another shot!

    Just FYI -  Zeidmans website says: Hosted by Blackbaud? Importacular is now available as a default plug-in for all users, if you can’t see it in your plug-ins area immediately please get in touch.

    Cathleen Mai‍ you are correct. Importacular is available to hosted and self hosted users. It is also compatible with NXT. Thanks!

    Did you happen to use Importacular from Onecause and luminate? We have an event with Onecause coming up and aren't having luck with our test imports using Importacular.
