    What is the new employee supposed to be doing?  Updating contact information?  Entering gifts?  Creating reports?  If you let me know what he/she does then it might be easier to provide you a better idea on the most important things that you're new employee might appreciate learning.


    Also, the RE database view or NXT web view?  Or both?
