OLX Event - Bulk Processing troubleshooting

Hello BB Community! My name is Erica, and I'm a relatively new user. I'm having difficulty running the Bulk Processing from OLX for four (4) credit card transactions. I have linked each one to the matching constituent record. After I click Bulk Processing, a box pops up that says: Creating Event Registration Fee Batch. Then I get this error - Invalid Date: Description. I just close out of that message, and I'm back to the beginning, with the four unprocessed transactions sitting in the transaction manager.
I've tried several time, as has my colleague, who has been a Raiser's Edge user for many years. Help!!!
Has anyone seen this before? I appreciate any suggestions, and thank you in advance!!!
