Hello...


My organization is located in Norwalk CT.  We have a big event in June, donations are starting to come in, and my team is overwhelmed.  We need some part time help from someone who knows how to enter donations into the database.

    help? Lived in Fairfield in the 80's.

    I don't see why this could not be done remotely - other than
    possibly distance.  How far are you from Norwalk?



    This would be entry of donations - would that be an
    issue?

    Thanks. My process for long range data input is: 






    1. You provide me with access to the data base. I am skilled at
    e-tapestry. 





    2. You email me a copy of the checks you want entered.





              a. EXISTING DONOR: Enter Check
    Date & #, Rec'd amount,  Fund, Campaign, 





              b. NEW DONOR: If New Donor,
    Enter New Donor information from the check and enter info as in
    a.





    3. I send you an email that batch 1 is in.  You click on the
    name and create the thank you letter that you have entered into the
    system. 


              


    I figure about 5-6  minutes per check, 10 per hour. I would
    track this.





    I charge $40 per hour. Take a look at my website.
