How do I easily add a video to an email that is being sent via Online Express?

    Hi,

    There are some limitations in email that makes embedding video very difficult. Because of this very few email clients support embedded video. 


    Typically we see organizations placing images of a video in their email that link out to videos. I did see a few animated gif's this year that simulated a video. But you are limited to a few frames of animation, otherwise the email starts taking a long time to load.

    This is not currently a functionality in OLX.  You are welcome to go vote for a number of topics related to this in the OLX Idea Bank.  My organization gets around this by putting a thumbnail of the video in the email with the transparent "play" icon on it and embeds the link to the actual video in the image.  When a user views the email and wants to see the video, they click on the image and are directed to our video site where the video begins automatically.
