RE Mail - Thank you/Acknowledgement Letter

There's no bio info on your profile to know where you are? Are you using an international version of RE?  What fields have you put in your merge letter?  Not in RE right now but I know once my cities didn't pull because I had accidentally selected NZCity for my merge document.  I did not want New Zealand.

When these merge fields are selected from the Mailings tab, sometimes they may not appear in the merged document. ... Select the merge fields from the Add Ins tab in Office 2007.

When you create your letters, check the box for create a query. Then when you go to create your envelopes, it will ask who do you want to include. You select specific group/query and select the query you just created. It will match exactly the letters you just did.
