Online Express (OLX) Pledge Length

Hi, I am testing the pledge function found in the extra's section of online express. I am wondering if anyone knows how to control the length of a pledge. For example if a donor has a $1000.00 pledge, we would like them to pay it in 11mths whether or not they select the Monthly, Quarterly or Annually option. I've tried adjusting the minimum payment amount and it doesn't seem to impact these # of months/quarters/years a donor has to pay out the pledged amount.

    Hi Lauren - I personally do not have experience with allowing pledges to be created through OLX forms; however, there are numerous ideas in the OLX Idea Bank for what you have described below - go add your voice to the ideas and vote for them!


    There is another thread called "Duration of Pledges", from a few years ago, that includes a possible work-around for your issue - scroll to the bottom of the replies to read Dan Junkins‍' response.
