Temp (Time) Restricted Funds & Appeals

Hello all,

I have a pledge and some gifts that need to go to a temporarily restricted fund (since the funds are for use next year - 2020). Our Campaigns and Appeals are dated (funds are not). We are on a calendar year. Would you record the gifts in this year's Campaign (Board Giving) and Appeal (Special Appeal Name 2019) or next year's?

The income will still be recorded for this year, just restricted then released next year. We have restricted funds for this very purpose.
