I need to capture additional addresses in Online Express for snow birds

I updated our form for an event and gave the user the option to put additional addresses in the system.  I have to capture their credit card address to process their card, but typically these are snowbirds that have a Florida residence or a seasonal rental in Florida.  How do I capture both and also mail to the local address? I tested the form, but only get the billing address when I download to do a batch?  I am searching for in help, but so far no luck?

    HI Theodore VanPatten‍ - There is not direct way to solve your problem.  I would suggest utilizing gift attributes.  If this was for a donation form, I would recommend re-purposing the "Comments" field.  


    I looked in the OLX Idea Bank, and did not see this topic listed; you should add it.

    Thank you Austen, that's disappointing, it seems like if the Online Express Utility allows you to add additional addresses that I should be able to capture that data.  The other solution I am looking for is the batch fields, every time I have to add Gift Code, Gift Subtype, letter, and other fields before I can process the batch.  Is there a way to update the batch interface template?

    Hi Ted - Start by creating and setting up a template OLX gift batch with the default fields you have in mind.  Before you download gifts from OLX, create a new gift batch; under Step 2: Fields click on "Load from Existing Batch" and search for the template OLX gift batch you previously created - this copies the fields/defaults selected in the template OLX gift batch.  Once the OLX Download Transactions window is open, got to "Tools" and select "Transaction Options".  Here select "Add records to an existing batch or create a new batch with this number" then search for the gift batch that you just created. 


    After download, review the gifts in Batch; the default values will appear as long as OLX does not provide information in those fields.  If your default values are overwritten, you can globally change that field within Batch by placing your cursor in the cell on the top most row for the field in question - then go to "Tools" and select "Global Change [field name]", enter the value you want to change the field to, check the box next to "Overwrite existing value" and click "Change Now".
