Online Express fee break down

Hi everyone. We are trying to figure out how to find a report that breaks down an Online Express gift so that it shows the total gift and the credit card fees. Our finance department needs the breakdown so they aren't spending all their time calculating it themselves. Is there someway to get this report from BB?

Hi, Evan. If you use Blackbaud Merchant Services, you can print out a report that will give donation & fee amounts right from the website. We don't track fees in RE (we only track the in-coming money...not any outgoing).

Where exactly is this report found?

Hi, Martha! Sign into BBMS. Go to Reports, Daily Transactions. Fill in the report parameters. You have the option to export the report as well.
