History of Online Express Transactions

Is there a way to see the history of all the transactions we have we have downloaded from Online Express - it seems once they are downloaded we can not go back and get the details on the transactions.

If you are referring to gift transactions from OLX, you can track the URL, email and form they responded to make that gift under gift attributes.

Do you Export your transactions to save the file before you Download them? I do that for every gift Batch I create with OLX.

Yes, that’s how I have my queries set-up to
identify true OLX transactions. It comes in as an
attribute.

How can I pull a list to see everyone who has registered for an event in online express?

Kate,

In order to query OLX registrants, I would:

create a PARTICIPANT query
Select event name
Go to Registration field
choose Registration Comment field
use operator "contains" Paid Online (this gets automatically populated from the OLX registration batch)

Unfortunately, there is no button that works like Netcommunity regisrations and gifts.
