GDPR - Consent Option Restrictions on Online Express
Options
I have just been looking at the update to online express which said you could add different consent channels to it. Which means we can now have e-mails and mail opt - ins recorded. However there still is no way of recording the consent categories.

- Opt in to receiving information regarding hospice merchandise and Christmas cards

- We will send you emails occasionally
- We will send you mail occasionally

We're managing this through attributes instead, and running a weekly export/import cycle to transfer it over to the consent tables. It's not perfect, but it works better than the OLX options.

Did you ever find a solution for this? BB has this for their items, why can't we incorporate this for RE, Online Express?

I wonder if that is a third-party software they are using? That would solve all our subscription issues.0
