Where are my exports?

I'm new to NXT, I'm exporting a query. I try to save it to my desktop so that I can easily find it, but it's not there. When I click to save it there, or to My Documents, it still directs it somewhere else. The "save as" directory shows and M drive, but I have no M drive. I tried designating a file location under User Tools, but that didn't work either. How do I find my file?

    I'm assuming that you're probably saving them on the CITRIX environment.  That's not a good idea.  If you're in user tools, you're in the database view.  I think it might be better to find a network location, or to navigate to your local desktop through the explorer window.

    I am working in database view. I try to save it to my local desktop, but for some reason it won't go there. The only way I can see the file is to start another export of the same query. When I get to the Save screen, I see the first export there. Unfortunately I can't get to it. I've tried copying the crumb trail, but when I past it into the explorer window it does not recognize the location. I tried copying the file and pasting it to my local desktop, but that doesn't work either.
