Is there a way to remove the payment/credit card template in a a form for an event that is free?  It seems that the auto-response shows all the fields as if they are buying or making a donation.  Are there options to customize it?

    Hi Tina,

    Do you want to take out some of the information in the thank you/confirmation email that the registrant gets?  Have you treid taking out any of the merge fields?  Or are you talking about the actual online form? If the event is completely free it shoudln't aks them for payment/credit card info at all.

    Hi Michele and Tina, 


    I'm trying to do exactly this with a free event in Online Express. It asks me to list at least one price type which I have set to free but then regardless I can't remove the Payment Processing portion of the form even though they won't need to process payments. Did you figure out how to correct this?

    I think you have to tick the 'bill me later' option.
