Can a Check box option be added?

Could you also look into if we could do the below?

Check box option , “Interested in making a pledge payment” and donor could check box if they are interested however then it doesn’t prompt other fields, it’s just one box so we know and it’s on our radar.

Option “What brought you to website?” and fields dropdown to choose like Giving Tuesday etc and I’ll include ones we have on our website.

    On Tab 2 there is an option under "Do you want to allow pledge gifts?" with a button that says Include the pledge gift option. This will allow pledges on your donation page.

    Then also on Tab 2 Extras there are attributes you can add to allow for people to tell you what brought them to your website.

    Thanks, for pledge gifts though it requires you to choose other options but we want donor to contact us so we just want them to be able to select they want to make pledge however not be required to choose payment options and timing.

    Unfortunately, the pledge button makes you complete the schedule, so that wouldn't work. The only other thing you could do is add a couple gift attributes for the pledge interest and how did you hear options. These can be simple yes/no, and table with various options or just text. That's the only thing I can think of.
