Hired guns?

As part of the new year, I'm doing a little research on ways to free up our staff's time from doing nitty-gritty, day-to-day admin tasks. To that end, I'm curious:


Does anyone in the community know of freelancers who do LO and TeamRaiser management?


Folks who do the kinds of in-the-trenches work like making child events from a mostly locked blueprint, or handling customer service and phone calls, updating PageBuilder and TeamRaiser page content, pulling reports, or creating an email from a word doc or image mock-up. I'm open to companies/agencies too, but I recognize that they're usually best suited for bigger budget, blue-sky projects like site redesigns, product on-boarding, etc.


Anyone have contacts?
