OSU is looking for a way to easily produce tickets for our large scale events - our goal is to then be able to scan them as folks come in the door so we know they were in attendance.   Does anyone use a non-Blackbaud vendor to accomplish this and have an integration with CRM  OR have you developed a customization?

    Our alumni association folks wanted to use UniversityTickets to issue the tickets for their annual food and wine event, Vintage Santa Clara.


    We didn't do a full integration with them, but did use our regular BBIS/CRM registration forms, collected the email address that folks wanted their tickets sent to as an attribute on the host's record, and then provided alumni with a ticket list that they could upload to university tickets to use to send tickets out with.  UniversityTickets then provided them with the scanners for the event.


    I'm sure there's a way to do this an an integration if you want to do it for all your events.
