How can I export an e-mail list form RE

    That depends on which emails you want to export. If you want all emails regardless of type, I use a simple query: Phone contains @ and Inactive = No. That gives me all live, good emails. Then it's just a matter of going to export and picking phones and picking what types and how many. If you don't know how to export, I would suggest taking a class or at least reading the user guide located under Help.

    If you do care which email type you can also select just that type.  And if you're using the Primary email feature you can select all the types and then at the bottom select to have it sort by "Primary?" and sort it descending (primary is a yes/no export field so you want it to pick the yeses first).
