Has anyone else been receiving responses to emails sent out through Luminate from people who are not in the database?

    Hi Alaina,


    I've seen this happen in the past when someone sets their email up to forward to another address. You might be able to work with support to see if they can identify the constituent ID from any autologin links that are in the email.
