Please enter a valid date to send your message

I'm not able to send messages because it's telling me I'm not entering a valid date. I've tried every date format and it's still not working. Please help!

  • I'm hoping your issue was resolved, either as a glitch that fixed itself next time you logged in, or by contacting OLX Support.  If not, did you try using the calendar date-picker?  I don't normally schedule/send the messages from my organization, but finally thought to go look...but I can't actually send anything to see if that's causing a problem.  I'll find out tomorrow, when our next eNewsletter goes out and update if we find the same problem.
  • I have this issue even when choosing the date picker. Has there been any resolution?
  • We have not had any issues with this, and have sent several messages since.  I would open a case with BB Support, and then post a resolution here.

  • I found that putting in the format as yyyy/mm/dd works. I cannot use the calendar date picker because it puts it in the wrong format, but if I type it in manually it works.
  • Hi, this issue just came up for me - wonder if anyone knows of a fix? I already tried typing is as yyyy/mm/dd...OLX still does not recognize

    For me, it works to do yyyy/mm/DD even though it
    suggests otherwise. Type it in, don't use the calendar.

  • I am experiencing the same issue trying to schedule messages. Does Blackbaud plan to fix this for good at any point?!
