I was wondering if you could recommend a pop-up plug-in for a WordPress website. We need to use one for #GivingTuesday and annual appeal. It needs to be easy to use and effective. Thanks!

    We use Icegram, and it's been pretty good.

    It has occasionally given me problems with embedding custom forms, but that's probably because of how our vendor coded out our theme. Used WP Popup Maker as a workaround in that situation, and it's fine too. I prefer Icegram overall, I think.

    I've used Ninja Popups in the past with good success. I like the ability to A/B test in the tool. It isn't a free tool but very low cost & you get some support as a bonus.


    With the custom HTML elements, you can embed a form to send emails right into Luminate. Or get fancy with the API.

    Do you know if a Luminate code snippet (for email signup) can be embedded into WP Popup Maker? I've been trying to figure out how to do this but having no luck. And I don't really know how to use API's.

    Hi - we just signed up for OptInMonster the other day, got a great deal if you chat with the AI bot and ask about non profit discount. Between that and the occasional "sale" you can get a flexible tool for just about $160/year. It can be purchased as a standalone webapp now or as a plugin for an existing CMS like Wordpress.


    I've built a few things already and found it to be much much quicker than implementing my own homebrew solution and deploying it.
