Hello!


When I create a report writer report and someone else uses it they cannot edit it, just run it.


If I'd like to open up the right to edit how do I do that?


I have a report where a filter is a gift range - should I just have that at editable at time it is run and then anyone can edit it?

    Hi Joanne,


    If everyone needs to run the same report with different parameters, then editable at run time would make the most sense. Any edits made when running the report will not affect the base report settings.


    If another admin wants to modify a report you've built, they should be able to copy your report and then edit their copy.
