Please... separate out the title,first name, last name, suffix and graduation year into single columns.  We simply can not use the exports for mailings. 

Graduation Year shows as a four digit number which we also can't use:  need; Jane Doe '89.

    I'm not sure, I understand your question. Are you using Query, Export or Mail. Either one has the option to separate the last name, first name, title etc.

    Also,  your database administrator should be able to set the "Class of" format to a double digit year instead of four digit.

    If you retain the 4-year setting (which I would advocate, just for clarity's sake if nothing else), you can easily do a find-and-replace or truncate function within Excel or Word to replace the "19" or "20" with '.
