Wondering if anyone can share their best examples of donation forms that are using Blackbaud Checkout for mobile wallets. We're thinking of enabling Blackbaud Checkout, especially with word that honor gifts and sustaining gifts are coming soon, but we'd love to see examples of how other orgs are using it. And if you can share whether you've seen a change in conversion since using it, that would also be super helpful.

    Same here! I tried, but couldn't get Blackbaud Secure Checkout to work. There is/was some issue with our pagebuilder page wrappers not having the correct version of jquery that was causing error messages. Created a support ticket, but never got any follow up.

    We had a similar issue with JQuery. We updated it to a newer version, cleaned up some scripts in our page wrapper and got checkout to work. I'd also be interested in examples of forms and how others are using them. Ours is pretty generic. We also incorporate them into our action thank you pages which seems like a better use for them, especially when we send action alerts through Mobile Commons which is the SMS service we're using.


    Is it true that sustaining gifts are coming to secure checkout? That feature is so needed!
