Have you successfully queried solicitor constituents based on amount of $ solicited?

I want to look at solicitor who've raised $X or more in a time frame. The solicitor reports don't allow that filtering (that I saw) and solicited funds is not a summary option in query. We have hundreds of people marked as solicitors and I don't want to inactivate.

    Are you looking at a specific fund or campaign? Or total for all?

    My only thought gets you part way there if your solicitor list can be based on report of a specific campaign/fund/appeal. A solicitor performance analysis using gift dates for your time range. Filter funds/campaigns as appropriate. A summary report will get you the solicitor names with their total that you could then use edit your output query or print the summary report and note the names you need. Depends on if you're talking a few solicitors or 100s as to editing needed.


    Would require some manipulating but so far my only thought. Hope you get more replies.

    They are all mostly in one campaign, but most of the 300+ haven't raised anything this year and I'd like to just look at the ones who've raised $500+. My solicitor report is really long and mostly zeros of the underperformers. Maybe I will inactivate them, but I can't even query by total donations solicited or last donation solicited date.

    Don't inactivate them. In the settings for the report you can have it exclude $0 producers. Format > Details > include solicitors with no activity. Just check that box. That might help.

    That will help on the report. DO you know offhand if reports can generate output (static?) queries?

    On general tab there's option at the bottom to create output query. I think it's on all the reports, at least most. It would be static, as it's based on the run of the report.
