BBMS Kudos

Not totally sure where to put this - but it is Luminate Online related so thought here would work


We switched over to Blackbaud Merchant Services at the end of March


Today is the first time my finance people have come to me asking for details on a deposit


And I was able to get them an answer within 30 minutes (20 of which was just me figuring out what is the disbursement schedule - which a quick chat with BBMS support took care of)


Compare this to about a year ago (because of course these questions usually come up for FY end close) and I still don't have an answer as I could NEVER get through to the credit card processor - ClearCommerce


We are still using ClearCommerce for some of our sustaining gifts as we continue to try and get full credit card information from those donors to re-enter their gift in BBMS and I shutter to think of if finance comes to ask me anything about those donations and reconciling deposits.


So yayyyyyy BBMS for having great support and reports that are easy to access and make sense!!
