Additional fields in tribute letters

I work for a hospice organization, so we have a high volume of tribute gifts. We have recently started exploring adding more information about tribute gifts in the tribute letters to families, but I don't see the option of adding the gift fund or any gift information, except amount, which is our practice not to include. Does anyone know if/where these fields are available, or another option? Open to workarounds. Thank you in advance!

    What are you using to export this data?  Are you using Export, or the Mail Module, or something else?  Fund information should be available either way, however depending on what tool you're using, it may be in a different place.

    Using Mail, there are special types for "honor/memorial acknowledgements" that easily pull in the tribute information.

    Right above it in the available fields should be your gift information fields?  Which field are you looking for there that you can't find?

    Ahhh!  I see.  You're using the per tribute option at the top, as opposed to the per gift option.  Interestingly enough, the field isn't available there.

    This may be due to the type of a relationship, as tributes can a collection of multiple gifts.  You may have to create the letter as a per gift mail merge, or perhaps use an export.
