RE Query Cleanup

Options
Hi brilliant ones,

Is there a way to get a report on the queries that exist in Raiser's Edge? (including query names, query folder name, date of creation, last use date, and any other information about the query itself.)  I would like to be able to look at the list of queries in Excel if possible.

Thank you for your assistance.

I'm curious to know about this as well...

  • Thank you Claudia!

Unfortunately, it appears to only export the queries in that query folder. I am trying to avoid exporting each folder individually.

I just got a tip that if I click on Tools, Delete Multiple Queries, it takes a while but RE will provide a list of all the existing queries. If the entire grid is exported from there, all the queries are included. Yay!

  • Ahh, my fault, I just relied on the knowledgebase article... thanks for the awesome tip! I'm going to have to clean ours up now too!
