Want to run Average Gift Report by Donor

Hi,


I want to run a report in RE for average gift of $1000 or more. I want the report to be by donor and show average gift, number of gifts, total giving and most recent gift.

Which is the best report to use and should I use a constituent query or a gift query?

    Constituent query, down under Summary Information, Summary for Gift, Average Amount is an option.  You just put in your criteria (date range, funds, and don't forget to specify the gift types so you're not double-counting pledges and payments).


    You can then create an export with that summary info in it -- or actually this is one situation where you could put that info in the query output and use that.
