Where are e-receipts stored?

Hi All - relatively new to RE and Online Express.

Q: Is there any spot in RE when the e-receipts from Online Express transactions are stored? I know there is the link at the bottom of the transaction email, but I'm really wanting to know if the PDF receipts are stored automatically someone within the RE environment?

Hi Andrew,

I've used Online Express for a short period of time but Luminate Online is more my baliwick. As far as I know, the e-receipt is not captured anywhere in either system. If a donor needs a new receipt from an online gift, I push the gift through Mail and create a mail merge contribution receipt.

It gets stored in Gift->Attributes->Online Express E-Receipt URL

Copy that link into your address bar and it will show the E-Receipt
