Exporting Gift batch reports to Serenic Navigator Accounting Software

Does anyone out there have to export their gift batches to Serenic Navigator Accounting Software?.  We will be converting to BB in a few weeks and I have been trying to replicate the export report that our Finance Department needs in order to post the batches to the General Ledger.  I have been having trouble creating a report that has everything they need in a format they require.  If anyone is familiar with how to do this, please let me know.  Any insight would be appreciated.

    Hi Donna,

    It would depend on how your financial coding looks in Raisers Edge. I export to a pre-formulated excel sheet which generates an import file for our Finance Department. Although we use Sage 50.
