Does anyone have experience maintaining your same profile/Blackbaud ID along with your badges,etc. when making a job switch and I suppose email switch!? Thank you!!

    I'm bummed that it looks like you weren't able to merge Bonnie's accounts. Is there a procedure to follow so we can maintain our account when changing jobs?

    This is very good to know, I never even thought about this until now!

    I could change everything but my email address, so that did not help, and support could not do either, so had to set up a new profile :-(

    That is so sad. I will be highly disappointed to get all of this training and not have it follow me to my next job (who will probably find it beneficial that I have the training but not want me to have to re-do everything).
