I give up. How do I run a Raiser Edget Contribution Report to Support by Fund. I could not figure it out in Reproting Area or Help Guides? Anyone know the quick answer. I did not see as a Sort Field Anywhere?

    Curt, sorry I can't get in RE right now. For most of the reports there are some limited sort options. When you are in the report screens, go to the last tab, and check the different options in the left panel. If there are sort options they are on one of the choices usually about the middle of the list. Wish I could get in RE as the options are there but unfortunately not always the ones we need. Not sure what, if any, are on the contribution report.


    Will look in the a.m. if no one else has jumped in with some help.

    Thanks this did  work I am looking at detailed
    contribution report with date of contribution, name of constituent
    and amount and I was trying to figure out how to sort that by fund.
    I did get to Summarize by Fund by just check the Summary Button in
    box i n lower right hand corner of first screen.

    Glad you got what you needed. I'm not seeing report with that name so not exactly sure which one your running. You will find for many of the reports the options available on the Format tab are different depending on if you select "Summary", "Detail" or "Both."

    What type of output are you looking for?  Just the funds ?  Or do you need the donor names also?


    If you are looking for just he Funds you can use the Fund Summary - that will give you a list of just funds and the total - based on dates you enter and gift type(s) you choose
