Netcommunity user- can I add a pop up screen in a thank you page?

I am researching if netcommunity has the ability to show a pop-up screen that can be used to collect data from our donors while they are in our thank you page (right after they made a donation showing the summary of their transaction)?

Is it possible? or are there any options that i can do instead?

    Hi Marjorie,


    The built in confirmation for transactional forms in BBNC will display on the page rather than a popup notification. The only exception is the Mini Donation Form, which has a lightbox for the payment and confirmation screens. A designer may be able to create a popup in the HTML code of a custom confirmation screen or alternatively you can include a link to a profile update form in the confirmation screen to capture additional information.
